Swarm Synthesis

Everyone gathered in the centre of the room and exchanged thoughts and impressions of what they had seen and heard, and pointing their colleagues in the direction of other colleagues looking at similar topics.

Communities of Interest

Garrick led a discussion focusing on two levels: first level content and second level process. Content focused on what people felt they had learnt.
