SOFTWARE

Bilge, U. Agent Based Model and Organisational Forms Simulator: visualises and simulates multiple informal networks within an HR Department, of an international organisation. It can be extended to select optimal team selections with given constraints, by testing out many combinations. It can also show the spread of ideas depending on the connectivity of agents. More details about ICoSS and ABM Demo on http://www.psych.lse.ac.uk/complexity/icoss.htm
